The operation of Excellent Link Depot (M) Sdn. Bhd situates at the entry point where containers are brought into the yard. The initial stage of the overall operation is the survey of containers. The primary condition of the containers will be thoroughly examined and its status will be noted either available or damaged in the EIR by the company's experienced IICL surveyors.

The detail of EIR prepared by the surveyors will then be confirmed of it's accuracy with KLANG CONTAINER TERMINAL BHD using "Client Access System" and KLANG MULTI TERMINAL SDN BHD using West port system provided.

With reference to the size, ownership and the status of containers, it will then be stored at the specified area. Containers released upon request by its owner would be the final stage of operation procedure and units will be only released upon the submission of consignment note, size, type and operators.

Foremost, containers released must be in cargo and sea worthy conditions.
