One of the franchisee of Vital Years, an Early English Literacy Centre in Alor Star, Kedah.

This company has been established since 2006 till now. It started with only 2 English Facilitators and a Centre Director where the number of children are lesser than 50, whereas, currently, the number of children have raised to more than 100. Therefore, we are looking for those who are passionate, initiative, creative, loving, caring, responsible and patience to join us.

We concerned on the standard of English of the child. We emphasize four compenants, reading, writing, listening and speaking. One to one attention is given to the child while reading and writing. Children will never leave aside, the facilitator must always alert to the surrounding, passionate, creativity, initiative etc. Interpersonal skills are vital to become a facilitator.
