Raw parts are loaded into pre-treatment tray right after deburring
process then transfer by conveyor.
Auto Pre-treatment is by single-arm carrier with synchronized
Movement.
The scrubber system is designed for heavy etching(conc. Nitric
acid).
Jigging area is a control area with air-con to prevent dust from
Outside environment.
Oven heating is by LPG fueled Infrared burners. Effective length
Inside the oven is 92 meters. Tg will be above 105C.
