Eulian Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is an off-shoot of Union & Company started in January 1979 which offered Accountancy, Secretarial and Tax Compliance services and including E.P.F., SOCSO, Business Registration and other management services such as book-keeping and tax compliance services
Eulian Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is managed by Mr. Seng Chong Roo, a Certified Company Secretary and Ms. Chew Sok Lee a Chartered Tax Practitioner.

The company started accountancy operations on 1st January 2008 whereby it absorbed the Accountancy, Book-Keeping and Income Tax Compliance services from Union & Company. Currently, the Company is involved in all aspects of tax compliance including Field Audit and desk audit by LHDN
