Established in 2003, Estinia Group as a property developer and main contractor has continuously focused on the process of building value in property development and construction in commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments.

As a main contractor, the Group has a G7 CIDB registration which can do unlimited contract value of construction projects. The Group has developed and completed six (6) housing/commercial projects with CF/CCC, i.e., Kristal Klang Commercial Centre, Taman Desa Permai 1, Taman Desa Permai 2, Taman Sentosa, Taman Seri Mewah 1, and Taman Seri Mewah 2. There are more projects in the pipeline.
