The company was incorporated as EPR (Kuching) Sdn Bhd in April 1995 as a wholly bumiputera owned and operated entity. Its founders are experienced professionals motivated to respond to increasing demands for sustainable development in the context of the integration of economic development, improvement of social structures and more efficient use of natural resources.
