Established in 1994 in Western Australia, Drill-Ditch Pty Ltd was involved in Directional Drilling and Boring, Trenchless pipes/cable installations.

Drill-Ditch (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd started off in 1996 as a Malaysian Trenchless Technology company and has since evolved to provide engineering services beyond HDD ( Horizontal Directional Drilling) since 2002.
