October 2000 with Majority Bumiputra shareholders and has been fully operational since 31st

December 2001. Registered with the ministry of Finance Malaysia, DHS is accorded with the

Bumiputra status. DHS is also registered in the panel of Petroliam Nasional Berhad

(PETRONAS), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan. The

headquarters is in 277 A, Floor 1, Jalan Perkasa 1, Taman Maluri, *5100 Kuala Lumpur
