Since its incorporation in 2002, this family-owned business which initially began in the construction line, has since then gradually diversified and focuses primarily in the property development sector and recently ventured into the hotel industry.

Its forte and strength in the property development field is attested with the completion of 38 mixed residential projects as at 2019 which are located all over the state of Melaka with the attainment of CCC. Remarkably, all the projects were completed well – ahead of schedule.

The company is also planning to spread and venture its property development to neighbouring states such as Negeri Sembilan and Johor in order to further forge ahead.
