BSK Concept Home Sdn. Bhd. is a private limited company founded by Ms. Bonnie Bong Siew Kian in 2009, involved mainly in property development in Penang, Malaysia. With humble beginnings , BSK Property originated as an architectural and design company known as ‘Bonny’s Home Design’ in 1986.

Over the years, BSK Property has successfully undertaken several prominent projects across Penang, such as Mandarin Quarter in Raja Uda, Hilltop Villas in Batu Ferringhi and Asia Heights Apartments in Farlim, Penang. With 30 years of experience, the company has turned its valuable knowledge of the industry into the success of its maiden project “Pinang Village” in Sungai Pinang, Balik Pulau. In 2011, BSK Property was rewarded ‘Top 10 New Generation Property Developers in Malaysia’ by TOP 10 Malaysia. 

 

Having confidence of providing unique home concepts with uncompromising quality, the current project ‘Sierra Pinang” extends to focus on the well being of our clientele and the environment. This was done through contributing 15% of the landscape to greeneries and adopting advanced green technology. Apart from the property development industry, the trademark BSK Property holds multiple strategic property assets aiming to venture into the hospitality, biotechnology and education sector in the near future.
