Biopolis Resources Sdn Bhd is the developer of workers accommodation located on 4.97 acres of land in North Penang Science Park. Biopolis's aim is to develop a conducive home environment for all our residents.

It's a two phases project involving construction of 642 units of hostel to accommodate a total of 12,000 plus workers with commercial units and transportation hub. The building will be build under silver standard of Green Building Index system and complete with well-designed amenities and social and recreational activities.
