After two years of extensive examination and verification of the Emcell technology by the government agency responsible for development of the bio-based industry in Malaysia, a subsidiary of VAMOS (“BIH GLOBAL SDN BHD”) was awarded a special status by the Malaysian government that bestows fiscal incentives, grants and other guarantees to assist growth and is awarded to qualified companies undertaking value-added biotechnology or life sciences activities. The status was awarded by the Minister of Finance and for commercialization of biologically active substances and its related products deriving from amniotic fluid separated mesenchymal stem cells and to conduct related research and development activities.
