Established in June 2010, BIG ACHIEVERS ENTERPRISE (hereinafter referred as BA) has been providing professional training sessions for non-executive personnel in the retail oil & gas industry. The programs were already conducted in Johor starting 2008 using a team of freelance trainers and the company was officially incorporated when operations were moved to Kuala Lumpur.
BA started its operation with Shell in the Southern region, with only 25 stations joining the first batch of programs. Since then BA has rolled out a variety of training programs with over 400 Shell petrol station nationwide. Engaging their services.
BA’s dedicated trainers conduct an average of 40 training sessions monthly, providing effective yet simple coaching on delivering superior customer service. To date, BA has trained more than 12,000 Shell station staff on programs related to forecourt customer service, merchandising & sales skills.
