We follow our ancestors homemade recipes that have been secret for centuries. We consistently improve and create uniqueness in each recipes with a fusion of Malay, Chinese and Peranakan cuisine to match with localities. Our brand Nyonya Tingkat, signifies the Peranakan “Mangkuk Tingkat” or known as Tiffan Carrier which used to be the most significance way of carrying food originated from strait-born Peranakans’ in Melaka and other district in the world since 17th centuries. We want to restore this historical practice of baba nyonya and to reveal and preserve the unique culture of Peranakan for the upcoming generations.
