ALWASI

Alwasi Capital Berhad (ACB) is a public company (unlisted) involved in Real Estate Development and Investment Advisory Services. 

ACB is currently in the final negotiation process with Majlis Daerah Pekan (MDP) to develop a 720-unit affordable apartment units in Pekan. The Gross Development Value (GDV) for the project is RM 220 million.

ACB has also proposed mass production of medical cannabidiol through lab-based root culture to the Ministry of Health (MoH). We are waiting for guidelines for this industry to be produced by MoH, expected to be published in 2023.
