Currently,m our company looking for an accountant and account assistant to be placed in Kuala lumpur and Temerloh Pahang

ACCOUNTANT -

- Responsible for the full set of accounts, including AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, and so on.

- Support the sales process by preparing invoices and issuing debit and credit notes, among other tasks.

- Handle daily accounting work such as maintaining the company's accounting records, filing and making payments, as well as checking all payments.

- Prepare and coordinate the audit process and tax submissions.

- Ensure that all accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, and ensure that accounting - standard procedures follow related statutory and tax requirements.

- Cooperate with other departments in preparing accounting documents.

- Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management from time to time.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - 

- The account assistant performs a variety of general admin work and support tasks in an accounting department

- Assist in day-to-day task in any administrative jobs including paper work as well as receiving calls, leaving messages etc.

- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system.

Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
