C N H GROUP SDN. BHD. (formerly a.k.a Cheng Wah Holdings Sdn Bhd) was founded by our managing director, Mr. Yap Cheng Hwa in the 1990s. Mr. Yap started off his business in the field of construction and civil engineering incepting C N H Construction (M) Sdn Bhd In 1995. Under the construction field, the company had been actively involving, engaging, and constructing myriad projects in Klang Valley and Pulau Pinang region. The company holds a healthy track record in handing over projects and its work performance shows quality and recognized through certificates. To this date, the company holds a strong portfolio and continues its operation tendering new projects and constructing more contributing to the sector.

 

 

Throughout the hard years engaging in construction and civil engineering field, our managing director foresee the market growth potential in Malaysia property sector. It was the year 2001, whereby the company set its track diversifying into the market as property developer. Among some of the successful projects venue in Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang (a.k.a I-HUB Industrial Park–total 92 units Semi-D Factory, 6 units warehouse, 30 units terrace factory), Zestran Townhouse (172 units of residential Townhouse), 121 units (Rumah Keluarga pelbagai Kelas) in Pulau Pinang and many more. To this date, the company holds a strong portfolio of completed projects (ETC: residential, commercial and industrial) and continues having a list of more and upcoming projects in Klang Valley and Pulau Pinang.
