SMM RESOURCES SDN. BHD. has seen impressive growth and gained valuable experience since it was established in 1981 to undertake civil and building construction. It has since successfully undertaken numerous government and private projects. The Shah Alam Cloverleaf Interchange completed in 1985 was one of the early prominent projects undertaken.

The company is a registered Class ‘B’ Bumiputera Status contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK), the government’s classification and registration body and a ‘G5’ contractor with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). These qualifications qualify the company to tender for contracts of unlimited value especially for government contracts. It is also a member of Master Builders Association, Malaysia.

Quality is the company’s prerequisite in every aspect of works as evident by the company’s past track records in the construction of roads, drainage, sewerage, residential, industrial & commercial buildings and landscaping. Notable projects completed are the Road Construction Project at SS7, Kelana Jaya, Giant Warehouse Supermarket in USJ, Petaling Jaya and The People’s Park at KLCC in Kuala Lumpur.
