Sinyi Realty Inc. (the company) is founded in 1981. Headquartered in Taiwan, the company has expanded its global footprint by entering the markets of Mainland China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. In 2016, Sinyi Realty Inc (Taiwan) has chosen Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as its first ASEAN business destination and set up a subsidiary named Fidelity Property Consultants Sdn Bhd.

Sinyi Realty Inc. Malaysia was established in 2017 as Fidelity Property Consultant Sdn Bhd with the headquarters located in KLCC Area and set up its first Malaysia branch in Mon’t Kiara in 2018.

The Company is vertically integrated with a focus on real estate industry. It includes the domestic and international agency business, development business, escrow services and cultural and public welfare business groups, etc.
