a) Cadastral Survey

Preparation of pre-computation plans, qualified titles and certified plans for various land applications such as subdivision, partition, amalgamation and new land alienation in compliance with the Licensed Land Surveyors Act and the Survey Regulations.

b) Strata Title Survey

Preparation of index and story plans and certified plans in compliance with the Strata Title Acts.

c) Engineering Survey

Obtaining ground data spatially referenced to boundary and survey reference marks to support engineering design of the civil works (roads, railways, waterways, building etc). Setting out of civil structures and producing asbuilt plans of completed civil work.

Complex surveys that once took many weeks to complete can often be completed in a few days with remarkable technology. Field work is primarily carried out using Total Stations. GPS, both Rapid Static and Real Time Kinematic Techniques, is used for a variety of control surveys, large-scale topographic mapping, locating boundaries, structures, and survey markers, and for road construction.
