The Company is a private limited liability company, incorporated on April 2013 and domiciled in Federal Territory of Labuan and domiciled in Malaysia.

The principal activity of the Company is long-term investment in renewable power generation. The company had 14 subsidiaries company in a few state of Malaysia & Thailand. The principal activities of its subsidiary company are power generation and Operation & Maintenance of renewable energy facility.

The Company is acting as 100% investor under a signed collaboration agreement with the hotel owner in Eastern region of Malaysia who holds the feed-in approval (21 years FiT) in and through 1 SPV holding 25-year PPA’s at a FiT to Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA); 25-year rooftop lease agreements with homeowners in Thailand.

The subsidiaries of the company involved in the following business:

•  Signed a 21-year rooftop lease agreement with one of the University in Malaysia
•  Has installed solar systems on the rooftops of 120 residential homes in Malaysia
• Acquisition of 4 solar farm projects in Northern region of Malaysia.
