LINGKARAN LUAR BUTTERWORTH (LLB) is start from  Ch 375 facing Megamall Penang and ends at Ch *4300 near Sungai Dua (PLUS) is approximately 14.0 km covering, LLB commences part of Highway Butterworth - Kulim 5 km starting from km 0 - 5 KM including "underpass" for maintenance and operations since 1998, which is before the toll collection is made. Concessionaires currently in the process of upgrading the highway Butterworth - Kulim in terms of safety and convenience of highway users.
