Part of the Lay Group of Companies, JYL International was established to provide discerning accommodation to the expatriate community in Timor Leste. In 2004, a piece of land measuring 35,000 square meters, was acquired and developed to become the first in Dili to offer up-market and fully secured residential facilities in Timor Leste. This development, Palm Spring Estate, has a good tenant base from reputable organizations and embassies.

In 2009, JYL International started Palm Beach Hotel and invested in 57 fully furnished and serviced hotel rooms. It is well located with 2 minutes walk to the Pantai Kelapa beach and situated closely to other amenities such as shopping center, cinema and airport. Palm Beach rooms enjoy good sea view and mountain view with most of the Embassies located at the same area. 

 

In 2010, the demand for quality office, showroom and warehouse led to the next project of Palm Business & Trade Centre comprising of 8 commercial buildings.

AT PBTC we also offer short term lease of fully furnished offices, meeting rooms and conference facilities which is able to cater to 150 people.

 

Our recent project is the construction of this multi million 5 star hotel, residence, gym, pool cum conference facility commenced in 2014 and is expected to be completed by first quarter 2019. We are working towards the green mark certification for our environmental friendly & energy saving building. We will provide a fully integrated service to our guests who recognize the value in our facility, amenities and friendly services.
