LAUTAN VARIASI also has been extensive collaborating with an experience after sales support network and services which are having more than 20 experienced installation teams located at strategic locations throughout the country including Sabah and Sarawak in order to ensure rapid response towards any service failures or customer complaints. This is further strengthened by LAUTAN VARIASI ’s own in house technical support team comprising of very competent and experienced engineers and technicians in the field of satellite technology. LAUTAN VARIASI is also will be closely supported by its principal that is Hughes Network System from the USA including online critical support from its Head Office in Germantown, Washington, USA. 

 

LAUTAN VARIASI will also be having comprehensive logistical support with ample stock of VSAT components and spares to meet any service level support requirement expected by its VSAT customers.
