AGB LAND SDN BHD (previously known as SCLand Development Sdn Bhd) is a property development arm of ALCOM GROUP BERHAD, which is listed in the Bursa market in Kuala Lumpur. Our maiden project, EmHub is a 6-storey ramp-up factory that is the first of its kind in Malaysia. This project was completed successfully and has set the bar for future developments in the region. The factory is designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and provides them with a flexible and cost-effective space to operate their businesses.

Our next project pipeline is in Klang Valley, one of the most vibrant and dynamic regions in Malaysia. We intend to develop a mixed-use development that includes residential, Soho and commercial spaces. The development will be designed to meet the needs of the modern urban dweller, providing them with a comfortable and convenient living experience.
