Jansen was once obese and had high blood pressure at a young age and suffered many injuries in college while playing Ultimate Frisbee, hence why Jansen and his team wants to ensure that you will be fit and healthy and pain free.

Our goal is to deliver effective and efficient programs to you to fix your pain, lose weight, tone up, prevent injuries or improve your performance in your sports.

Getting in shape shouldn't be a punishment. It's an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. Jansen believes in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way but the amount of FUN and level of energy and accomplishment you experience will far exceed the discomfort ensuring we do all of this Pain Free.
