GOT CONFIRMED BEFORE 6 MONTHS (3MONTHS PROBATION) SHOULD I ASK FOR INCREMENT?

Saya nak tanya lepas dpt letter of confirmation dari company boleh ke saya nk request kenaikan gaji (dlm surat tulis tiada increment/kekal seperti dlm probationary period)...problem nya company saya tahun ni tak dpt salary increment (most of the staffs) dan saya pernah terbaca yg sepatutnya minimum 6 bulan sebelum cubaan minta kenaikan gaji (nasihat dari siapa tak ingat) dan saya baru 4 bulan dalam company. Jadi patutkah saya request atau sign dahulu surat LOC dan tunggu selepas 6 bulan baru minta kenaikan?
