- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cooperation among different departments.
- Familiarity with fast moving and FIFO processes, with the ability to formulate corresponding production plans.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, enabling quick responses to complex production issues.
- Computer literacy
- Must be willing to work in Yong Peng
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee work schedules & deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time
- Improved on process & increase output from time to time
- Experience in daily management of production processes including production planning & control, material & inventory, and manpower planning
- Develop and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports
- Coordinate with the sales & transport team to resolve any issues related to orders
- Quickly adapt to changes in quantity and delivery dates based on marketing / sales feedback.
- Effectively manage changes, ensuring consistency with the Planning System and minimal disruption to production
- To continuously monitor and control the variance and error in the report
- To undertake any assignment given or directed by the immediate superior
