Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably healthcare related. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Strong responsibility and leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven organisational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint applications.
- Able to travel to Kuchai Lama Office, working house (Mon-Fri) 9am – 6pm and alternate to Saturday.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and related activities.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Providing support to medical and sales team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to administrative operations. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files, records.
