Do you possess a strong drive to succeed and a passion for the automotive parts industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!
- Minimum of SPM certificate or a Diploma in Business or Marketing
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive parts industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Must possess own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel frequently to other states (at least once a month for two weeks)
- Independent, with strong persuasive interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach
- Excellent strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Aggressive and a fast learner
- Possesses a good attitude and responsible character
- Business-minded with entrepreneurial skills

Tanggungjawab
- To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services
- To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business and maintain sales achievement for the company
- To submit daily and monthly sales reports to superior regarding sales activities, customer complaints, market feedback and other related matters
- To plan sales activities and strategies to meet the annual sales target
- To plan and organise daily work schedule to approach potential customers
- To provide continuous communication to the customers about new items, order status and other logistic issues
- To follow up with customers on overdue term collection to reduce bad debts from customers
- To handle goods returned from customers and provide after sales support as necessary
- To provide suggestions and recommendations on the improvements of product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
- To be involved in marketing activities, sales promotions or campaigns and assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- To be involved in the new product development process
