Kelayakan
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in handling technical matters for property development and construction industry.
- Proficient using either Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or another relevant planning package – able to schedule and program projects and create master schedules, reporting, etc
- Mandarin speaking candidates is preferable due to the needs to liaise with China management team.
Tanggungjawab
- To supervise and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion
- To assist in monitoring site progress and contractors’ performance so that completion of projects undertaken by the Company will be within budgeted cost, stipulated timeframe and expected quality.
- Create progress reports, liaise with site construction teams, and worked closely with the Project Manager to plan, schedule, and program major projects with the anticipated planning program.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports.
- To assist in coordinating closely with Consultants for design coordination and resolution of any technical related issue during construction stage of the projects undertaken by the company.
- To verify contractors’ claims.
- To support in building good rapport with local authorities and liaise closely with the authorities for obtaining various approvals / clearance letters for projects undertaken by the company.
- To support any technical aspect of projects undertaken by the company under the instruction of GM, Property Development.
- Daily site supervision to ensure site works are carried out based on approved specifications and designs.
