Kelayakan
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven 1-3 years working experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Able to write Mandarin Copywriting
- Familiarity with design software, preferably Canva.
- Strong copywriting skills with an attention to detail.
- Proven ability to convert online interactions into actionable leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tanggungjawab
- Draft, edit, and produce engaging content for different platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and voice.
- Stay updated with industry trends to create content that resonates with the target audience.
- Use design tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual content for digital platforms.
- Convert online leads into actionable appointments.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up of leads.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports to demonstrate ROI and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure content aligns with promotional activities, product launches, or other company initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and strategies.
