Kelayakan
- Must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in IT/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Familiar with online marketplaces such as Shopee/Lazada
- Proficient in using photo imaging software and web design tools (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Good working attitude and a team player
Tanggungjawab
- Manage & optimize day-to-day operations (product listing and product availability) of our own online retail store and eMarketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Subplace etc).
- Email and social media coordination and management.
- To coordinate & monitor, on system reconfiguration on overall sales achieved on various eCommerce platform & own sites.
- Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries for all technical inquiries.
- Monitor IT platforms and tools to understand new features, troubleshoot major technical issues, determine root causes, and identify solutions.
