- Can speak in Mandarin/Cantonese (Compulsary, A MUST)
- At least 2 years experience in related industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the entertainment or events industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and a passion for the entertainment industry.
Tanggungjawab
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Social Media Management: Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok, etc.) to create engaging content, foster a community, and increase follower engagement.
- Content Creation: Generate innovative and captivating content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with the target audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships, to optimize reach and conversion. SEO and Website Management: Implement SEO strategies and optimize the company website to enhance organic visibility and improve user experience.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights for ongoing optimization.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the operation team and designers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing budget effectively.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance the company presence.
