Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience as a quantity surveryor or in a similar role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects
- Participate in pre-tender and post-tender work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis and price comparison
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies
- Assist in evaluating and selecting new suppliers
