Kelayakan

  • Possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the field of vending machines or consumer electronics.
  • Has experience in SIRIM is added advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a service team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of vending products and their maintenance requirements.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a service-oriented context.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Tanggungjawab

About the role:

Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead and supervise a team of service technicians responsible for on-site and in-house repair of vending massage chairs in Malaysia.
  • Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands.


Technical Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Handle escalated service issues, working closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolutions.


Service Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce service quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits of service activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.


Training and Development:

  • Schedule training programs for service technicians to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay informed about new product features and updates, providing timely training to the service team.
  • Involvement of product development in technical aspects.


Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the management of spare parts and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for service and maintenance requirements.
  • Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
