Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/Professional Certificate, Diploma any field.
- Passion for cycling or sports.
- Basic knowledge of the bicycle industry preferred.
- Good communications skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Keen and willing to learn.
- Effective interpersonal skills & ability to build rapport with customers.
- Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport with customers.
- Entry-level applicants are welcomed to apply too.
- Able to start immediately
Tanggungjawab
- To provide customers with efficient and friendly checkout services and ensure that they are leaving the store satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Work well in a team to ensure that retail operation runs smoothly.
- Hardworking, to achieve monthly sales target.
- Answer store phone calls/ inquiries, email inquiries, ensure customer calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic way.
- Maintain a clean and safe checkout area.
- Establish customer loyalty through delivery of good customer service standard.
- To perform Cashiering duties.
- Assist in receiving, arranging, and replenishing of stocks and displays.
- Assist in housekeeping.
- Handle simple administrative duties.
