Kelayakan
- Fluent in Mandarin and English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Tanggungjawab
- The Local Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- The role involves communicating with customers through online channels, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
