Kelayakan
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing/Digital Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, ideally in digital marketing / campaigns planning/ category management or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of ecommerce experience with proven track-record, preferably in water filters industry is value added.
- Have skillset in graphic designing with photoshop background is value added.
- Excellent command of language & copy writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytics skills and sensitive to market trends and changes in e-tailing environment.
- Digital savvy with knowledge of ecommerce business models, operations, and technology.
- Experience with current ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and Shopify) proficient with the latest marketing, advertising, and analysis tools (Google universal analytics skills, Facebook Business & etc.).
- Knowledge of sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
Tanggungjawab
- Website Management: Responsible for managing and maintaining online presence. This include updating website content, managing user accounts and ensure website functionality properly. Managing current marketplace portals
- Social media management: Managing organization presence on social media platforms such as FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, tik-tok. This may involve creating and scheduling posts, responding to message and comments and analyzing social media metrics
- Online community Management: Building and managing online communities related to organizations products and service. Create new contents to feed our existing customer groups. Create and plan for monthly online campaign.
- Online Advertising: Planning, implementing and ROI online advertising campaigns to promote organization products and service. This may include creating ads copy, selecting target audience and analyzing performance
- Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns to communicate with customers. This may involve designing email templates, segmentizing email lists and analysis.
- Content Management: Developing contents and short video for organization website, blog and social media channels.
- Online customer support: Providing customer support through channels such as live chat, email and social media. Responding customer inquiries and assistance for online transactions.
