Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management/ Business Admin Management or equivalent related discipline Skills & Abilities Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Can speak in English and B.Malaysia
- Proven track record of leading HR initiatives & driving organization change in a fast-faced & dynamic
- Proven experience in HR management roles with focus on policies, SOPs and KPIs development & implementation
- Competencies: accurate, initiative, organized, service minded, team player and problem solving
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and monitoring where HR Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) are needed or required updates.
- Draft policies and procedure that align with both legal requirements and the organization’s goals and values. Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
- Review policies, SOPs and KPIs regularly to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective
- Establish clear guidelines and procedures for handling disciplinary issues
