Kelayakan
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience in marketing agency, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho RM, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is required.
- Proficient in navigating and utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data effectively.
Tanggungjawab
- Collecting and analyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Utilizing CRM systems to effectively manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Innovating new strategies to address and fulfill customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervising interactions between customers and key team members, including Customer Service Representatives, to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Creating and implementing retention campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at both acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.
