• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that comprehensively outline QAQC issues and KPI measurements.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in an easily understandable format.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all information presented in the reports.

Operational Analysis:

• Conduct detailed analyses of challenges faced in Hub operations, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback for a holistic understanding of operational bottlenecks.
• Identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues that impact operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Develop actionable suggestions to enhance the efficiency of working processes within the Hubs.
• Collaborate with Hub managers and team leads to implement process changes and improvements.
• Monitor the outcomes of implemented changes and adjustments to assess their impact on operational performance.

Assigned Tasks:

• Undertake tasks as assigned by supervisors and management, contributing to various operational initiatives.
