Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to speak, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be a Plus.
- Have experience in Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing or similar roles will be preferable.
- Have min 2-3 experience in content creation, manage social media ( Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media) will be preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Ability to write catchy content.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
- Manages all company social media accounts and E-commerce websites (such as Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Shopee).
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for company social media platforms
- Engage with customer service and customer relations.
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
