Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM certificate, or Diploma in Business, Sales and Marketing, Telemarketing, Communications relevant fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other dialects is a bonus)
- Willing to communicate and meet people
- Independent and self-driven
- Willing to learn new knowledges
- Preferably to have an interest in chemical and plastic related industries
- Preferably with 1-2 years of sales experience
- Fresh graduates are welcomed!
Tanggungjawab
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales activities, establish contact with potential customers, and facilitate sales.
- Understand customer needs, provide solutions for products or services, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships, establish long-term partnerships, and provide high-quality after-sales service.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers, provide support, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure the achievement of personal and team sales targets, and report sales performance in a timely manner.
- Familiarize with market dynamics, gather information on competitors, and provide market feedback.
- Participate in sales team meetings, share experiences and sales strategies to optimize sales efficiency.
- Adhere to the company's sales policies and procedures, and maintain the company's image and reputation.
