Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible to the Starbucks outlets maintenance as required.
• Maintains lighting systems by replacing lamps and performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Performs general outlet repair and maintenance.
• Responsible in plumbing, electrical and civil maintenance of Starbucks outlets.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory of required materials.
• Performs emergency facilities or equipment repairs.
• Maintains organized and clean equipment rooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
