Kelayakan
- Able to work independently
- Able to be flexible for shift and on call
- To have D or E- License & PSV
- At least 1-3 years of supervision or above
- Able to read email and reply in English / Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong leadership and good people management
- Area looking for supervisor, Seberang Jaya / Bukit Mertajam / Padang Serai
Tanggungjawab
- Daily workflow to follow up and to lead ; Provides ongoing feedback to direct reports.
- Plans and organizes daily and near term workload for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Interact and communicate with all levels of leadership; internally and externally (teams & customers)
- Manages the balance of safety, quality, and productivity performance of the drivers. Close monitoring & tracking of the drivers & vehicles.
- Ensures that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed
- Develops, implements and trains personnel on policy work instructions, to ensure operational compliance.
- Manages daily site operations, processes, workflows, and escalation management through proactive interaction with key stakeholders including factory, planning, and other related teams.
- Maintains a high standard of vehicle housekeeping/sanitation monitoring
- Standby & prepare for any urgent or adhoc arrangements
