Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma in relevant field.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferable candidate who can read & write Mandarin .
- At least two (2) years’ experience in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Auto-count will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be an initiative, self-motivated and good attitude person.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for all purchasing tasks.
- Vendor code creation and upload photo.
- Responsible for sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, and delivery of products.
- Responsible for cost comparison, negotiation, credit terms, cost saving, and vendor evaluation activities.
- To issue purchase order to local & oversea supplier.
- To issue all relevant documents for purchasing & inventory transaction (eg, ITN, GRN, Damage Note, etc).
- Product Price List update (if any).
- Send new arrival list to sales team.
- Follow-up delivery with purchase order from supplier.
- Data entries of all relevant goods for stock inventory and trace ability purpose.
- Check stock records and quantity order and latest pricing.
