Kelayakan
- Education: Diploma Or Degree.
- Work Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in related field is required for this position. Preferably specialized in F&B Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong operational management, communication, and coordination abilities, with a strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of operational improvement and expertise in process optimization.
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (as this position will need to communicate with China HQ)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated.
- Possess with own transport is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all operations align with the company's strategic goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Performance Management: Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives for improvement.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet quality standards.
- Supplier and Inventory Management: Oversee supplier relationships and inventory management to ensure product availability and cost-efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and address customer feedback effectively.
