Kelayakan
- Bachelor degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of International trade terms, shipping term, good sense of business knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in other languages will be a bonus. ( Mandarin language speaking candidate shall be an advantage).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Good computer skill in MS.Office (MS.Excel, MS.Word, MS.PowerPoint).
- Strong team player, disciplined, good time management and punctual.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage sales inquires base on product type, volume and market understanding.
- Communicate closely with purchasing team to prepare quotation according to customers' requirements and expectations.
- Negotiate to finalize sales contracts term.
- Close-loop Customer Purchase Order (PO) management from order processing, shipment follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and provide periodic shipment status update to customers.
- Customer account management to promptly follow-up on new orders, promoting new products to increase customers demand, fulfil customers need and expectations.
- New customers development though multiple customer engagement channels.
