• Have experience in e-commerce customer service (preferred)
• Working on public holidays/Sundays (work from home)
• Morning shifts (8.30am - 5.30pm) Evening shifts （5.30pm - 11.30pm）
• Possess good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Diligent, responsible, and highly dedicated to work
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Good emotional control and ability to regulate emotions
• Location: Balakong/Semenyih
